Refunds
Refunds are issued only if an event is officially canceled. If that happens, ticket holders are notified at the email address used at checkout and the full ticket price is refunded automatically within 5–10 business days.
No refunds for other circumstances
We do not offer refunds for schedule changes, artist or lineup adjustments, weather conditions, or inability to attend. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
